All of our nannies bring extensive infant care experience, maintain current Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED/First Aid certifications, and complete our specialized infant care training requirements.

Placement Timeline
Consult Call
After we receive your inquiry form, we’ll schedule a consultation call to get to know you and your family. During this conversation, we’ll take the time to understand your parenting style, home environment, expectations for a nanny, budget, and the schedule that best supports your needs.
Our Matching
Process
We carefully review a wide pool of candidates, narrowing our selection to those who align with the priorities and preferences discussed during your consultation. From there, we evaluate resumes, conduct in-depth interviews, speak with references, and complete background checks. We will then reach back out to you with one or two exceptional candidates we believe will be a strong, personalized fit for your family.
Nanny Introduction
Once we’ve identified the candidate or candidates who feel like a strong match, we’ll make an introduction via email to connect you. From there, you can arrange a time to speak with each nanny, allowing you to get to know them better and ask any questions as you determine the right fit for your family.
Contract and Payroll
Once you’ve selected your nanny, we’ll provide a comprehensive contract for both parties to review. We’ll also coordinate a meeting with you, your nanny, and our founder to walk through the agreement together, ensuring everyone feels aligned and confident before signing.

As part of our support, we offer a complimentary payroll setup service, which can be included during this meeting for a seamless transition into your working relationship.
(Optional) Care-Plan Meeting with Our Parent Education Team
We offer a complimentary one-hour session with a parent educator for all of our families. This session can include your nanny or be reserved for parents only, depending on your preference.

During this time, our parent educator will guide thoughtful conversations around your parenting approach and help establish a collaborative dynamic between you and your nanny, supporting a consistent and cohesive caregiving experience for your child.
Placement Guarantee
Our contracts include one complimentary nanny replacement during the length of your agreement, offering added peace of mind as your family settles into care.
Fees
Our nanny placement fee is 10% of the total value of the nanny’s employment contract for a contract length of six (6) months or more. Contracts that are three to six months in length have a 15% placement fee. We require all placements to be at least three months to ensure continuity of care and a strong, supportive relationship for both the family and the nanny.

A nonrefundable retainer fee of $300 is required to begin the placement process. This retainer will be applied toward the final placement fee once a contract with your chosen nanny has been signed.
